We searched for a "balancing" breed with the Pharaoh hounds that would still possess the same charasterictics we love in Pharaoh hounds: the joy of living, love, liveliness and playfulness. We ended up with Red Irish Setters and we got to know the breed better - our intention was to acquire a puppy later.

We took care of Pauliina Artiola's female Pulmu in December 2009 and we all fell so much in love with that girl! She has all the features I hold important to my ideal dog: open and child friendly, kind, playful and above all a sure and reliable companion. Pulmu has excellent offspring and her daughters have also left very steady litters. I was very happy to hear Pauliina was mating Pulmu with Jocke, which I met shortly at Finnish winner. I thought the combination would be very interesting and high in quality and finally I had to call Pauliina and ask if it would be possible to still reserve a female puppy...

Hope is a balanced puppy with beautiful lines and great posture. Above all she is a brisk, open and happy young setter :)
